We owe the fortune of our activity to the nature and the products of the earth, the attention for the environment has become pivotal point within our activities. The first investment was the construction of the new headquarters, maximizing the insulation with respect to the external environment, this allows us to conserve the olive oil at a constant temperature and significantly limit the consumption of electricity. The handling of the olive oil inside the structure has been completely automated, allowing us to minimize the spills.

The filtration plant produces recyclable waste that are handed over to companies that produce energy from the combustion of exhausted flour. The greatest effort was however the construction of a photovoltaic system covering the entire plant, with a POWER of 0.9 Megawatts.
The annual energy production is 1,000,000 kWh with a self-consumption of less than 20%.
